The historic buildings located at the Eno River Mill feature exposed brick walls, high ceilings and original well-worn maple and oak floors marked by decades of use. During the summer of 2011, The Eno River Mill earned a place on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Eno River Mill’s zoning permits a wide variety of commercial uses ranging from office to light industrial. There is ample parking, and most units have access to loading docks.
The Mill features great character at an affordable price. While having many similar architectural features as other renovated textile mills in the area, such as American Tobacco in Durham and Pilot Mill located in Raleigh, rents are as much as 50 percent less per square foot than rents charged at similar historic textile mills in the area.
